KWA G18C Takedown Help and problems

Two days ago I was shooting my KWA G18C like I normally would. I loaded it up, racked the slide back to chamber a round and attempted to shoot it on semi. The slide didn't go all the way back and all my gas shot out. I looked at the feeding ramp and the left side of it was chipped. As of yesterday I ordered to replacement feeding ramps from WGCShop.com. I don't know when they will arrive. I've had it cleaned and double checked. I was also reading in the doctors corner section about people with similar problems and fixes. I'm now trying to test those theories but I can't do that if the slide isn't taken apart. That's my reason. ( The closest airsoft walk in store closest to me is 60 something miles away) Sorry about the confusion.

why are you taking it apart? but have you tried to look at a parts diagram in your manual or avliable here on the forum in the Doctors Cornor area. There isa sticky with a link holding tons of manuals and parts diagrams.

next, i'll warn you right now that if you are asking how to take it apart, you probably should not do it but let it be looked at by an experianced person.

that being said. there is two pins, one just above the triger and the other is on the nad grip near the slide. these two pins have to be pushed out. you will notice though that springs and parts offten fly off if you don't know where to catch them. if you dissasemble the lower half of the glock, it's a real pain in the but to assemble it back together again.

btw, this is in the wrong section, you shoudl post int he Doctors Cornor section.

cheers
