REVIEW: Armory Tech Airsoft
After cancelling an order with ebairsoft.com for a plate carrier I decided to try out armorytechairsoft.com. They had the same item for about $10 less plus shipping. I was hesitant if I'd found another slow overseas company when it had been 5 days since the order status changed to "Preparation in progress" so I emailed them. Timeline of events to follow:

My plate carrier arrived today! Holy shit that was fast from across the pond. They're getting more of my business for sure.

They are across the street from my parents home in Hong Kong. I went there a couple times and bought stuff in person. Very friendly people.

Anyone else deal with these guys? I paid for my $300 order a week ago and it still says preparation in progress. Emailed them twice and face booked them but no response.

I dealt with these guys this past week. And what a shit show. I sent through an order of $272 usd to them for Ur Tactical Multicam Pants and Shirt. After a couple of days of the "Preparation in Progress" status, I decided to shoot them an email and find out what's going on. No response. Day later I sent them another email, just in case they never received it, and yet again, no response.
So I decided to look them up on Facebook, as their website said they have a page. Noticing that they updated their FB page almost everyday, I sent them a msg. No response yet again. At this point I was getting a little frustrated, as the status of my order never changed. So finally after 4 or 5 emails and a few FB mags, I gave them the ultimatum of telling me what the actual status of my order is or I will file a PayPal dispute. After a couple of days, there was still no response. I ended up filing the Paypal dispute with them, and after 2 days of no response from them, I escalated it to a claim. Within the hour I was emailed and msged via FB telling me that the pants were out of stock but the could still ship the shirt, even though their website says they're both in stock. I told them I wanted a full refund and would never deal with them again. All they had to do was tell me that the pants were out of stock, but unfortunately I had to use threats and actually follow through with those threats to get any response from them. By far, they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with from any website. For future buyers, I would think very hard before purchasing from them.

Same shit here. Items were out of stock. Never shipped and never gave refund.
