AK74 realistic magazines
Hey so last week I had my first run in with a MAG brand magazine for my new ak. Seems to work alright but I was a little disappointed in the looks dept. I wasnt too worried about the cheap plastic look because there are a million ways to repaint the mags but on closer examination I realized that the MAG brand mags are actually shorter than a 74 mag is supposed to be (as far as I can tell from pictures anyway), also they have no weapons factory markings like the dboys and real magazines. I was wondering if anyone out there knows of a more realistic looking mid or low cap mag? while still sticking with the 74 style bakelite, plum or black design.

The G&P brand midcaps have the appropriate ribbing along the front of the magazine and are longer. I have 10 bakelite and 12 plum mags.
The capacity of the G&P mags is 150, but I usually only load 120...

Seemed to work well, but I was a little 'disappointed looks department. I'm not too worried about the appearance of cheap plastic, because there are a million ways to draw the magazine, but on closer inspection, I found that MAG MAG magazine brand is really less than 74 (as far as I can tell in the photo anyway), in addition to No defects, dboys weapons factories and leaves. I want to know if anyone there knows a more realistic medium or low magnetic cap? While respecting the style of 74 Bakelite, plum or black design.
