On 4/9/2013 I placed an order for two WE G36 RAS (G39RAS) Gas Blowback Rifles. The items shipped and were received on 4/16/2013.
Upon opening the two packages, I found that one of the mags had come loose during shipping, bounced around inside the box, and broken the feed lip off the mag. The gun had a couple minor scratches, but honestly I didn't care about that. I tested both guns using the one working mag to make sure nothing else went wrong, and then contacted Revolution Airsoft in order to get it resolved.
At first, things seemed to be moving along and they asked for photos of the damages. I sent the photos the same night and patiently waited for a response. I even let them know I would be willing to repair the mag I had if they could provide a feed lip
After what was far too long (you can see the dates of the responses in the screenshot I posted) they concluded that I was entitled to a $50 credit since they no longer had mags in stock and had no access to the feed lips. This was frustrating on its own because mags were in stock when I let them know of the issue, and they let things drag so long they had no more stock.
I agreed to the credit, and am at this point still waiting for it to be applied to my account. They can't even tell me HOW it will be applied to my account which I think is a little odd.
At this point I think I just want a $50 refund and to call it a day. I can't imagine me spending more money with a company that puts forth so little effort in even the simplest of situations.
I will update this pending response from Revolution Airsoft.
