If anyone from ACMGear is reading this forum, I am still interested in a resolution to support ticket 1E0u2W1R4a9b8y.
Saying, "I'll will check this and get back to you." on October 28th and then going silent and not responding since then is not in keeping with your "EMAILS ANSWERED DAILY" nor "EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE" claims as advertised in your ASC banner. If there is some other way to contact you to resolve the issue please let me know. |
