I have no information about the adapter but I found ebay store who sell 14mm 1.0 CCW tap for less than 20$

What you really want is a TiN coated 14x1.0 LH 15 degree spiral tap made from PM-Cobalt  That's right, they spoil me at work. |

I will get on it as soon as I have some time, it seems that we're hitting another lull in the mach shop at work so I should be able to get it done by the end of next week....
Do you want it shined up or powdercoated black? |
