Cool Knife. Let me guess you ordered from SORD looks like you got the SORD Jacket too.

Nice knife!
CRKT makes great knives, I have the small M16 with 50/50 tanto blade and OD handle, VERY strong knife, great design and excellent materials. |

I agree, great knives. I've always hated folding knives but I picked up a CRKT Desert Cruiser in Edmonton and it has changed my mind about them. Very sturdy and well made.

I had a few of CRKTs too. Great designs, great prices, I hate the steel tho. I love the VG-10, stay sharp much longer than anything that CRKT uses.

Sweet thing about the M16 series of knives, they are designed so you can open them with one hand very fast (yet still legal).
Kokanee, if you are interested in more knives, and seeing them in person, go to Merivale Mall, close to the Farmboy end, and pop into Kutter's, they have all the high end knives (and swords, etc.) and they are very knowledgable when it comes to steel. http://www.kuttersknives.com/ |

In my opinion it opens just a little faster than the M16s due to it's size.

That type? Here's the one I have (M16-10KE), it's small enough for everyday carry (hence it being named the M16 EDC), and I've got it set for very fast opening (since I use it at work, often I need to open it with one hand whie holding something with my left). And it holds a great edge, I've had it over 6 months now, use it constantly, and all I ever do to the edge is a hone on the bottom of a coffee cup then a few swipes on my kitchen knife steel. Hair flinging sharp every time! |

Kutters has a nice selection but they are expensive. If you want most of the same blades for far less, I can give you a canadian retailer's site. Just PM me.
I would also suggest you take a close look at Cold Steel and (if you are lucky) what Wally Hayes has to offer. And nice blade, by the way. Cheap plug; along with two friends, I import real forged katanas... |

Also, if your looking for blades come to LeBaron.
We carry a HUGE assortment! Spyderco CRKT (limited) Russell Cold Steel Puma Buck Kershaw Camillus SOG Gerber Browning etc. If you swing by the Mississauga location, you'll find me there. I'm in the camping department. I'm the youngest in the department...24yrs.
