Motor

Hello

I took my motor out of my JG m4 to tighten my handle. When i went to go put my motor back in, it sounds like it is grinding on something. Am i just putting it back in the wrong way? Because the way i put it in was the only way it seemed to fit back in.

Look at the middle of your grip cap...there's either a large screw or a small allen key screw.

I'm guessing that you'll need to undo the screw a bit (counter clock wise) to back the motor off. Do a half turn at a time...then fine tune. Single shot at a time to listen.

You're aiming for the "deadest"/dullest shot sound.

Best of luck,

Tys

well when i keep the grip cap off and apply different amounts of pressure with my thumb on the motor it just seems to not be catching anything at all.

HAHAHAHA....well, random bits of metal stuck to your motor are never helpful...

How did you miss that???

I've rescued a couple dead motors because people didn't realize they had various nuts and bolts stuck inside them.
