my inokatsu m4 is cursed i fix one thing and another fails

hi there bought an inokatsu sopmod as a gift for my tour in afghanistan but had nothing but problems with it for starters i had 7 gas mags both wa and bomber and all but 1 managed to fail on me (gas no longer goes in the mags or goes in when it wants to) my 2 new ghk mags seem to work like a charm both fitting and functionality.

internals; i had changed out the hammer for the ra tech steel hammer with 5 bearings and the selector switch for an ambidex one the mag realease got a wa ambi mag realease. when i do a functioning test like in the forces arm fire youre shot, hold the trigger down arming at the same time, realease the trigger to hear the "click" then pull the trigger. instead when i realease the trigger the hammer fires , so semi auto is a burst/auto and auto is auto and im getting only about 8 shots before my gun goes empty on gas and for these shot on 2 will full cycle ive run 2 different types of bolts in my gun and fail to work the Npas and the stock ino bolt, i had to repalce the oring on my npas because the bolt would eat my seals so i changed the seals but the stock ino bolt does not accept the red orings from ratech because theyre to big. i had changed the the hop up chamber and inner barrel for the ra tech complete set .

i dont know what to do at this point im sitting at the 2400$ marks originally bought at 1600 and she doesnt work i just want it to work lol anyone who could fix this and make it run properly id give 150$

thnx for youre time and patience

Where did you buy your Bomber mags?

I had to hassle my distributor to get a new set of German o-rings to replace the ones that came with the mags. The ones that come with the mags are prone to destruction after only 5-10 fills. Once that o-ring is gone, it won't hold a lick of gas in the mag.

pictures of the bolt/carrier and orings would help.
i tossed out my RA-tech o-ring and im using black nitrate o-rings.
as for your mags, make sure the valve lock is disengaged befor filling.

check the seal on the bolt with the carrier. pull on the bolt, it should move freely, and return to it's seated position on it's own. if it feels stiff and catches then your o-ring is too big. next use your fingers and plug the nozzle on the bolt face and plug the gas inlet on the underside of the bolt. pull the bolt and see if you get a vacuum, and when pushing the bolt into the carrier check for compression. if you dont feel a vacuum or compression, then your o-ring is too small.

all my Bomber mags are so shitty as they all leak gas from the input value.
don't even know how to fix this problem they also miss lock the bolt after the mag is empty, but beside that everything is working great on my 2008 inokatsu

Does it lock back when you manually rack the bolt?
