Replacing the hop-up nub (bucking?) : where to buy?

I need to replace a hop-up nub (or is it named bucking? it's the little rubber thing that pushes on the hop-up rubber).

EDIT : needed replacement solutions for both AEG and VSR-10. Thanks for concave spacers suggestion. Knew about them but never thought to look at airsoftparts.ca to purchase them. What about for VSR-10 now?

I know you can use the pipe-like end of a Bic pen because it's the same size but it's also much much more rigid. I would like to test out different hardness.

Where can you buy the piping used to make nubs (so I could cut them myself)?

Or where can you buy nubs by themselves? All I have seen on online stores are full sets that include the nub.

Or whate else can be used as a replacement instead of a Bic pen pipe?

16 gauge wire with no material inside. I have a few of those, I can trade for a Timmy.

Thank tho. I will look into the 16 gauge wire. You can get that in an electronic store by itself or you need actual wire that you remove the metal part from it?

You can get from electric store and remove the materials inside by yourself.

Edit : I'm not sure what hop up nub using on VSR since you don't state from Original post but if it's close to regular AEG then that 16 gauge wire technique should work.

Some types of coaxial cable (aka. the cable attached to your TV) have soft and spongy dielectric inside them, others have hard dense plastic. This can be cut out (BTW, coaxial cable consists of outer sheath, shield, dielectric and conductor), and trimmed ot size, and is eacy enough to find various types of the cable to test different materials. Same with various types of wire, and don't limit yourself to just one type of #16AWG, all you need is a variety of shapes, sizes, types. Hell, you might even find a peice of lamp cord might work for you. Maybe even a slice of small soda straw (albiet a very soft bucking) might do the trick. Now has me thinking of going back to my ghetto ways and seeing what works better in my CA M24 than the various buckings I've used over past years.

EDIT: All suggestions above involve the copper wire removed before putting in your gun.
