Screw and the metal piece for an Eotech Magnifier clone?
Hi,
I recently got one of these eotech magnifier from a trade. It's missing the metal piece and the screw that holds the scope on the rail. I thought I can find something at work since we deal a lot with scope rings and there are tons of extra parts around. long story short: They are all too big, so no fit. I don't even know what the missing part is called, thus searching online is tough. can anyone point me a direction to find that piece? a name would help a lot. Thanks

I can tell you that the bolt is metric for sure, possibly M4? But you might need a specialty length.
As for the plate, you'll need to match the profile of the mount and also be profiled to fit Picatinny, so good luck. You might be able to scavenge the metal piece off some other old picatinny accessory (carry handle comes to mind) Come to think of it, you might be able to scavenge everything you need off an old carry handle.
