It would be great to have civilians, photographers, war journalists? They can be french, german or even Swiss or Swiss red cross. I can imagine a journalist interviewing both allied and Axis troops. Imagine the videos after the game

Anyone like the idea of a designated translator/translators for both sides in dealing with the partizans?
I will also have my camera which fits perfectly with its case in my gas mask bag.

Perhaps if there's time, a choreographed battle can be done to record with cameras, video and helmet cams. With that many people attending it would be great to get some promotional material.

on the subject of vintage cameras I came across this the other day. For those who partake in reenactments more than once a year, it might be a good investment. However, I don't know enough about cameras to say when this model would have been made.
On the subject of weapons: was the M14 used in ww2? Wiki says it wasn't but I don't trust it. -.- (suspicious eyes). There seems to be an abundance of SMGs, and the m14 is one of my favorites rifles, so if I do buy something for this game I'd prefer a m14 or something similar (M1 maybe). Real cap mags, or mid caps loaded with 10 or 20 rnds - whatever it is - used on single shot. :infantry:

understood guys but I don't feel comfortable using something that wasn't available during that time. I just need to find something, other than a SMG, that can be used in games other than ww2 sims. Found a Karabinger but it's not cheap. :\
