So I have to ask:
3.5'' grenade pouch or 6.5'' flashbang pouch? If the clip on the nade pouch would go far enough I think that'd be the easier solution (easier to get at).

I was wondering if the performance was still fair with h134a, since a lot of CQB places around me banned propane due to the smell and hazard(thats why they added the chemical agent for the odor).

It does work decently well. Not as powerful unfortunately and the maintenance procedure is a little different. It's kind of funny. Because of a difference in the way lubricant dissolves in HFC134a, my grenade needs much less lubricant with HFC134a. I found a lubricant that only needs to be applied once every 20 blasts. It takes only a few minutes to service the grenade and you can use dry HFC134a.
Not the same with propane as it dissolves the lubricant quite fast. You only get 3 or so blasts between servicing. For this reason, it's better to apply silicone oil every other filling. We've done some pretty extensive testing so we have very throughly worked out maintenance specs which will be outlined in the manual. Performance with HFC134a is not as good as propane (less power) but all pellets get discharged fairly energetically. It still does much better than any available propane powered grenade even when powered with duster.

Will the launch only entail filling TAC-08 pre-orders? or will retailers listed on your site have the Tornadoes in stock then as well? (i.e. Airpslat.com)

I'll be fulfilling preorders and direct sales on launch date. It'll take me some time to ramp up production to meet retailer needs. I'm not sure when I'll be rolling out at retailers.
