Hi everybody
Hello all. I've been airsofting for a couple of years now. A few buddies have recommended ASC for finding everything airsoft related. I really dig mil-sims and scenario based games. I hope to find a few here. Also, I'm always looking for more gear or cooler wepons.

Hi Everybody!
My name is Ryan. I am 26 years young. I have been shooting all sorts of airguns, airsoft, paintball and firearms ever since I could hold one up. I live in Edmonton and am just getting into airsoft after many years of paintball (lots of friends trying to get me to try airsoft). I hope to get out on the field soon with Edmonton area players. |

Hey Gang,
Thought I would make my first post here - seems like the right place. The name's Charlie, FunkyVapes on most forums these days. I am a very active member of the electronic cigarette community and more recent Airsoft Hobbyist. I'm an avid hunter, firearms enthusiast and paintballer, but recently started looking into Airsoft again to collect some of the arms (Airsoft versions) that I couldn't otherwise own. When Airsoft was first coming around, almost 10 years ago now it seems, I owned a few - but sold them to fund other collections. It seems that the community has grown, along with the technology and I can't wait to dive in again! That being said, I am a bit behind on the terminology, but I'll certainly be lurking quite a bit. Back in the day we had to call them "markers", like paintball, what do you guys refer to them as? Guns? In any case, expect to see me around, I will be contacting an age verifyer very soon so I can hop on the classifieds, but for the time being I'll just poke around. Looks like a great community! All the best to everyone, Charlie; FunkyVapes |

Hey, names Shanden, I'm 22 years old. I was a paintball milsim player. Rap4 t68 gen 7 magfed, phenom magfed... got sick of all the kids with their speedball stuff at our milsim events.. so I made the change to airsoft! bought a C-TAC CT74R Sportline with .25gram bios from the same supplier... and its god damn amazing lol!
No full face mask! haha, now im selling all my old combat gear, plate carrier and my dye I4 multicam mask. |

It's best to keep your combat gear until you find something to replace it first. It'll save you a lot of hassle, especially as you can use the i4 and probably your plate carrier the first few games once you settle in and start saving for dedicated AS or RS gear. Anyway, back to intros, sorry for the interruption. D:

Hi all, I'm Rob, 28, recently moved to Vancouver from New Zealand. I've only been playing CQB for 9 months and I've yet to actually go to an outdoor game yet.
Things seem like a different kettle of fish here so it's going to be fun getting used to new fields, new styles of play and outdoor games I guess seeing as CQB doesn't seem very big in Vancouver. On the plus side I can always shed some light with comparison to how we do things back home. |

Hey everyone, I'm not sure if I posted an into thread when I first joined but I am currently getting into airsoft. I have picked up some BDU's, tack vest, helmet, and goggles. I got into basic training in the Canadian Army Reserves but because of the stress it put on my pregnant wife I was honorably discharged. I'm starting out with a G&G m4 and a clearsoft sig sauer p226 as my side arm. Hopefully I can get things together to start up soon. So far I have been warmly welcomed and hope to be involved for years to come. Thanks!

Hey, all!
I'm Corinth, I'm not technically new to the forum as I joined a year ago but I was inactive for most of that time until just recently. To start off, I am very familiar to how vBulletin forums operate and so there's no problem navigating through the many threads. That being said, I just got into the sport and I'm still learning. I live in the Owen Sound area and I need to be age verified, which I am in the process of. Otherwise, I'm fairly savvy when it comes to being an informed consumer and the do's and do not's of airsoft. I'm not an elitist, either. If someone is being arrogant and condescending, I generally ignore them. If they offer constructive criticism, I relish the chance to learn from my mistakes. I'll be stalking around the forum, I tend to be quiet in regards to posting unless I feel I have some vital input on the matter. I hope to be meeting some of you on the field one day! Good hunting. |

Hello Everyone!
I'm Steven, 22, and am located the GTA. Like a few other people here I have been interested in airsoft for quite some time and have had my account made but inactive for quite a few years! It always seemed very interesting but never had the push to go for it fully. Recently as I met a few friends who are also getting into airsoft I decided to become fully active. I have played a few CQB matches and must say I love it so far. Look forward to many more fun games and hoping to eventually try some larger scale field matches. Welcome to everyone else too! |

Greetings All!
My name is Bryan, and I am a 30 year old ex-Paintballer from the Belleville area who has been playing airsoft for about a year now at private fields and some of the local paintball fields as well. Now I'm looking to get into the more serious side of the sport! -November7 |
