I just bought a TM G17 for competition racing purposes.
When I press the mag release, the mag doesn't fall down. I have to give it a slight ramp in order for it to drop. Is the reason for this because the gun is too new and the parts haven't break in? |

The notch on the magazine where the catch actually "catches" the magazine may not be properly broken in yet. either that or the gasses expanded inside the magazine to warp its dimensions such that the magazine is now too large. It's happened to operators before. It could be, albeit highly unlikely, extreme possibility. Give it a few dry runs of ejecting and inserting of the magazine, making sure that you engage the magazine catch everytime. See how that works...

So.... how are these fitting guys? Is the hammer bearing interacting well with the "bump" on this BBU? That is, it's not having problems like the stock one does where the bearing gets hung up on that bump and impedes the cyclic rate???? That's one of my primary concerns about this (or any aftermarket) BBU. Havent been in the Country as of late so Brian didn't get my order yet. So I haven't had time to test drive these little fuckers yet...

All the frames are in pieces to re-work the front chassis so the Guns Modify trigger will fit.
Maybe this weekend.

I have a few triggers and a few frames. It "fits" but with so much drag he trigger return is null and void.

Preliminary results for the guns modify bbu aren't looking too well for me. When I manually rack the hammer, the v3 hammer cocks, but when firing, the bbu doesn't seem to push it back enough to cock the hammer for the sear to catch it. But take these results with a grain of salt because there can be many factors involved (ie. gas seal, slide) specific to my setup. I need to do more testing with various parts to arrive at a conclusion.

Help imstalling AS nozzle and pison head
I have troubles installing Airsoft Surgeon nozzle and piston head in my Kjw Glock.
I am not sure from what side the piston head should be screwed and is the stock blue piston must be reused inside the new nozzle. |

the issue seems to be solved upgrading the piston head with the the Airsoft Surgeon one

You can't fit the screw properly if you put the rounded side against the BBU. So... The rounded side is the "front" side and needs the screw head to rest on it.
