If I was to spray paint the orange tips, wouldn't that effect the shooting or anything? It wouldn't damage it in anyway? Looking at buying a cover thing for it but may just spray it over. Don't want to ruin the gun before it ever gets out to the field.

You could just crack (By that I mean unscrew) them off and get a new metal one. If you paint em, just don't get it inside your inner barrel and it'll be fine.

uncrew the flash hider id there metal if its plastic tearem off and buy a new metal one the if its metal lightly sand the orange off and paint black
