Yes I am refering to the real ones

The real ones are not worth alot, compared to the other second world war era rifles. The Arisaka rifle at the very bottom of the barrel in terms of quality, especially the later war ones. I'm sure some collectors will hold them at a higher value, then what I have stated, here but I do recall seeing the odd Arisaka rifle for sale at the Gun store here in London, and it only went for $125 dollers.

I beleave I also stated that this was way back in 2006 when guns where cheaper (somewhat), but if you really wanted to pay $1400 for one I'm sure there are some really well restored ones or ones that have spent its life in a box somewere.

iether way its a moot point.

cheers.

Here is the Tanaka version at EhobbyAsia. Based on its price I estimated the "in Canada" cost in my earlier post.

I have 5 RS arisaka rifles at different war periods, although it doesnt shoot like a nasty shit as the K98 does,I'd say the accuracy is quite acceptable!

I wonder if they'll actually make the proper receiver on the 1928. I've wanted one for a while.

You can always buy the Mosquito molds if your wallet's been burning lately.
