Apologies for the craptacular iPhone 4 photo (grain/noise/flash way too hot), but I was just tinkering around with some gear and had a thought...

What if, I were to take some of the (expensive) optics off my M4 and put them onto my MP7? CQB zombie killer perhaps??

Results:



Airsoft Items:

• KSC (Taiwan ver) MP7 GBB SMG
• HK "trades" el-cheap-o noise can (but it does have foam inside so it sort-of works)

Real Steel Items:

• Insight ATPIAL AN/PEQ-15
• Aimpoint T1 Micro
• Surefire V2 Vampire IR/vis flashlight in a Daniel Defense offset mount
• Magpul RSA

** Removed original iron sights because it somehow didn't look "right" with them on combined with the rest of the hardware, that and not quit enough room on the top rail to accomodate everything unless the irons were removed. Perhaps I'll fiddle around some more and see if I can make it work...or not and I'll just put the items back on my primary rifle.

That's one HUGE can on the front of a relatively small gun! It must seriously make it front-heavy from a balance point of view?? Not liking it a whole lot but it appears that particular soldier does...seen some mud and dirt by the looks of it. AAC makes a much nicer one IMHO!

NOT a fan of the VFC silencer. If you look closely at the text printed on it, there's a long-winded propaganda statement about the licensing of the trademarks etc. There's a better pic of it on RW, but the blah blah blah stencilled on it just turned me off.

The one I chose to put on my gun has nice HK trades (wrong caliber) but at least isn't ruined with useless Umarex propaganda! It was purchased from Airsoftparts.
