Alright damage, will do. Im dropping off my AEG anyways. And G26, im kind of looking for a "long term" upgrading. Like 1 part every 1-2 months sort of thing.

I never had much trust in complete upgrade kits anyways, too many things that are sub-quality or just too many headaches.............. and that includes Systema FTK. Even Airsoft Surgeon was a total waste of money for me with their Mk23 kit, half the part broke or didn't fit, the remaining ones reduced the velocity and caused double feeding, etc.

Modify SMOOTH was the best by far, and available from Jugglez

Hmm, ive now seen some JG Bars for around 500$, which is more than i'd like to spend initially. Im jsut wondering, is the VSR clone on Buyairsoft also a Well? It looks like a good platform to start with, and its alot cheaper.
So many choices.... :/ |

The Edgi FTK can either be bought together or separately.

Does anyone know how much the VSR-10 weighs? I think the Type 96 sits around 10-11 lbs.

It will be around 400 FPs anyways. And ill get a 0 Trigger, even if its not totally needed. I'll go higher one day on the FPS. And i think ill go for the Well VSR, im not too keen on dishing out 500 right away, like i said; i want this to be a slow, and steady project.

I think you can get a BAR 10 for around 300.
But if you do go the Well way, make a thread about your on-going project! I'd like to see the process and how good/bad the tolerances are when installing aftermarket parts. have fun and good luck! |

Ive only seen JG Bars for around 500$, and i like the Well look better. Also, for sure; a frien of mine has the L96, similar project, and its going well.

I've actually got the Well L96 and have an on-going project like your's. I've only installed a 400fps spring, new piston and cylinder head and I've had the gun for about 8 months now. Oh, and a paint-job...can't forget that

i only say to get the real stuff cause if you put the same upgrades into a VSR-10 and a JG BAR-10, the VSR will be more accurate and otherwise a better performing rifle. i just want you to know this ahead of time. that is why i said save a bit and get the TM. You can still upgrade it over time, and believe me, there is A LOT you can do with it (see Amos' VSR-10). if you know this already, than disregard it. i just want you to be fully informed before purchasing and (possibly) wasting your money
