ya I just got back from shopping. I picked up all the tools needed Im going to give it a try I also found the right info at mechbox.com thanks for the tip

Im having trouble getting the body off. got it!!! very tricky bodywork. this stock is being a Bitch. Ok got it all apart mechbox is out. the tork wrench I need to open it up is one size smaler than my smallest one

mechbox opend and closed my piston head was loose......some tread tape and a little tightening shes gd as new. I think im going to leave the dragon body off and get a full front end from GI. I wanted an m4 anyways =D
