So, after contacting them, I still got no answer.
HOWEVER, I got a UPS tracking number sent to me by UPS on behalf of Mezzi Canada. It seems that they saw my message, panicked and rushed to ship, as you can see below. The tracking was created yesterday, so they must have shipped after they saw the message. Scheduled Delivery is ETA 29/11/13. So we'll know friday.
But yes, they billed me 30.06$ (actually 27,97 US), never sent a single email. Maybe they (lost) my email? Obviously they never asked for the missing balance, nor did they offered a refund. Yesterday, I sent them a email containing my order number, stating that I never got a single email. I was *expecting* they to claim there was a error, like they did to you, and offer a refund. I *wanted* the refund. Instead, they shipped the fucking case without telling me a single word. I don't care anymore what they do. They screwed up, and if they try to get the remaining balance on my credit card, I'll escalate the issue to Visa. If they bill me after they ship, Visa will side by me. *Especially* if I haven't got a single email. |

I think it's only 1 or 2 guys that work there... I always had issues getting in contact with someone when I had to call.

Yea I know, I know "do not necro thread", but I wanted to ask if anybody knows why (almost) all the gun/pistol cases have disappeared from Mezzi.com ?
And if somebody can suggest a good pistol case for 2-4 pistols? |
