I believe you aren't in Canada, right? We haven't had the APS AOW available in Canada yet! If you are, where did you get it from?

Here's an update:

-Cut my barrel to around 13"
-OAL is 31"
-Cut the magazine follower by 4cm.

Magazine follower mod:
I did a very minor mod where I can now put 5 shells in the magazine tube.
Before this cut, the 5th shell sticks out ever so slightly that you can't feed it.

I took the same hacksaw I used to cut the barrel to cut the magazine follower by approximately 4mm. So the follower is now 2.1cm. Now 5 shells can be fed easily.

btw, I used a Dewalt 24TPI blade.

Finishing touches for barrel:
I still need to file and sand finely and then apply cold blue to cover some scratches I made and make everything squared.
(Anyone know which shade of cold blue is closest?)

Future Mods:

-I bought the G&P Maruzen tactical flashlight handguard. Once it arrives, I will mod it and install it, hopefully with some pics so you guys can also see what exactly needs to be done. I know a couple of you guys have done this already; its the cheapest route to mimicking the perfection of the Surefire foreend and not paying circa $340!

-I am looking for cheap iron sights like rOnii's, but can't seem to find them for under $100, preferably ghost ring sights with a front raised tritium type sight.

Should I cancel my G&P Maruzen version and buy the Marui instead then?
All you need to do is add tape to the tube?

not sure if I got it right from you. The g&p front grip with flash light for Marui 870, needs a heavy modify to make it fit. I didn't want to try but someone did, check post #83 for details.

Finally got mine! Milsig didn't have a second box of shells that I wanted so I picked up an HPA tank instead for cheap fills and lower velocity. I'll have more pics when I add new furniture.

nice! May I ask if you just shoot it and see how's the function like smooth or not, and any shells jam or stuck. Also where did you get it from?
