G23F firing in burst mode!

After upgrading my hammer spring, floating valve and barrel, my gun is firing in "burst/auto" mode when the selector is on "Semi".
Keep in mind that this is not a constant...just seems to be doing it whenever it decides too.

Anyone ever have this issue and or a resolution?

most probably if nothign else is wrong with the gun, it's the trigger bar. more specifically the top nib on the back of the trigger bar near the hammer.

if you took apart the lower half of the gun and slightly bent the back section of the bar down (the large square peice with the nib) and re-assemble it should be easyer for the slide to push it down to the point where the sear that locks the hammer back will let go and actaully lock the hammer. this will stop the full auto action.

it's this or the full auto sear (the left side of the hammer when the barrel is pointing away from you) is worn down.
