They should be classified as "toys" here as well. Or perhaps given a special distinction under the firarms laws that requires an APAL (Airsoft Possession and Acquisition License) or something.

I'd love for this to be out of the grey-area.

Edit: This is in response to that neat article.

x2, it's what's commonly called a commando jumper, just a heavy ribbed wool jersey, they're awesome, well fitting, warm & pretty cheap I got one for £8 without looking round for a bargain.

It would appear though that these have been altered to have upper sleeve pockets & have a Union Jack patch on the left arm & SAS badge patch on the upper right sleeve.

Sadly that will never happen if you've been watching whats going on currently

like a few other's on here i own real firearms i can currently legaly own several models of 50 caliber sniper rifle and can import one from any nation other then the USA (stupid export ban) with little more then ok fill out this form stuff and paying duty's and such.

no matter how much money you throw at the problem it will never go away

I would assume it would be part of the jacket
actually no the real one's are actually warn over the mask to protect the rubber from sparks the only way to get that look is with a balaclava such as a under Armour one that's thin and tight fitting.

depends on weather you wanna be exactly cannon to the game or the real thing

it's not game accurate or exactly like the real thing but one i made is simple and is just a simple hood it has a draw string how ever i made it tight enough that its not needed it's a simple fold to creat a tube to run the draw sting that's sewn and then carefully cut and then the front of the nec is sewn i can make will make a patturn if any one want's one

Yes, but just because Activision didn't bother to make the distinction doesn't mean we can't, if we want.

funny i would assume "call of duty 4 loadout" was kind of obvious in that its an attempt to make the GAMES loadout not necessarily what the real operators use

if im gonna do a tears of the sun loadout im not gonna change it because its not what real SEALs use than it would not be a tears of the sun loadout

Well, considering how most airsoft C7s and C8s are just pimped M16s and M4s, this argument is kinda academic.
