TM handguard on CA
Hello,
I wanted to spice up my wifes CA M15 A4 Carbine with a new RIS handguard. I saw a post by Huang with a nice CNC RIS handguard for a TM M4A1. http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthread.php?t=45738 Would anyone know if this will fit on a CA M15A4 Carbine by just replacing the handguard? Huang was not sure if TM and CA were identical or not. I guess the question is if the delta ring and length are compatable. Many Thanks Lotech

I believe I read that many TM parts will be incompatible with CA parts (at least when it comes to the M15A4 series) because CA built their replica based on real Armalite specs. So I believe there may be a few sizing issues.

my CA M15 wouldn't allow me to use the stock one piece barrel with a TM SR-16 RIS. had to use the TM front end pretty much. You'd best be off with the CNC Free Float RAS huang has, since it doesn't require any holes in the barrel of a CA 1P. factor in the madbull riser/RIS fix, and it'll be sturdy as hell
