M203 shells
Simply put, which ones are good, which ones suck?
Has anyone tried the king arms M433 HEDP grenades? And just to clarify, what gets better range: 6 barrels or 12? |

Well, the ones that hold less BB's hit harder and have better range than the one's that hold more, and take less time to reload duh. That's about as much info I can give you from experience.

thanks, anyone else?
I've got a classic army 120 rounder and a 18 rounder for testing right now. The 120 rounder is crap for range, and the 18 rounder doesnt have the O-ring to hold BBs. So I'm guessing a 60 rounder is the way to go. I've got two king arms grenades coming in for testing now. Loading is certainly a pain, I'm trying to machine myself a quick loader, I just have to think up a good design.... Last edited by ThunderCactus; October 25th, 2007 at 04:11.. |

I've come to the same conclusion as you have with the 120rd ones. I was going to get and 18rd but perhaps I'll a different one now.

I have a King Arms and a MadBull(King) and the MadBull's are way better....The K.A.'s I had to take apart after a short time and remove all the scratchs, nicks and makings on the inside of the unit just to get the pin to seal again.MadBulls are solid, goood part and work everytime, but thats just what I'v had happen,Hope it helps somewhat!

Good thing I'm a machinist lol
Word of caution: I've seen some pretty big f*ck ups from factory on the classic army grenades, A&A sold SEVEN 120 rounders to a guy and NONE of them worked! So I fixed those, but they machined the inside too large and the O-ring appeared to have shrunk... |

Be sure to post a review on those, I'm really curious about how they perform. If they work right, they seem like an awesome alternative -- I've been seeing a lot of nice Madbull stuff lately. But being CO2 powered, I dunno if it'll fix the lack of range compared to regular green gas, or if it'll make the shells unusably hot.

I just received a G&P M203 with 3 KA shells, and also got sent a bunch of metal bearings. What are those for?

its likely for the grenade shells, the "firing pin" typically has 4 bearings on it for some reason, I dont understand why they couldnt have made it a tighter fit and avoided the bushings all together.
