Scope Mount Set for RK104

Just bought a G&G AK Scope mount set (G-03-085) for my RK104.

It says on the box that its for the G&G RK series but to me it just isnt gonna fit without drilling and threading into the side of the gun. Can anyone shed some light on this for me or recommend a side mount system that will fit the RK104, or am I just being a complete and utter idiot?

Nope you will have to drill and tap the RK104 series if you want a sidemount. Thats the only way to do it.

Thanks a million Gish, I knew you had fitted a real steel Kobra to yours, in fact it was the pics of yours that prompted me to go down this road.

Have you any tips or hints on how to do this, what tools I need etc... or even a link to instructions?

Thanks in advance
