ARES M4 mid cap (140 rd) magazine spring replacement
I'm having quite a bit of trouble removing the screw that holds the spring in the magazine. I have tried on 5 of my mags and each time I end up basically destroying the screw head no matter which way I turn it. These are cheap cheap mags ($10 each).
Does anyone have any suggestions??? Thanks, Giraffe |

If I'm not mistaken they aren't real screws it's like a quarter turn then it should pop out
Maybe a pic of the screw can help someone confirm edit: dont have any m4 midcaps but i watched this video a little while ago should help... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z9wj2rf4ja8 Sent from my LG-H831 using Tapatalk Last edited by Radonkulus; July 9th, 2017 at 20:34.. |

These particular magazines are not like regular mid caps. The screws seem to be glued on.
