e's Tokyo Marui Heckler & Koch USP Compact: "Universelle Selbstladepistole"
Hi All!
So. This is one of favorite pistols of all time. I've owned a USP Compact before. That being the KSC one. However, It was plague with parts that would easily break or wear away. The safety was problematic and trigger bar to sear connection point was made of weak metal. To be quite blunt, that version was pure and utter non-sense. I was glad to hear that Marui had planned to release one of their own. I've waited for this gun to hit Canadian waters since it's announcement. And now I finally have one!!! Hopefully, this gun is not like the KSC line. And hopefully will last me many rounds. Digression aside, This is my take on a Tokyo Marui USP Compact. The Universal Self-loading Pistol. KUWABARA. The gun is very new in the market. Thus, not a lot of things are available for it. Granted, I normally don't buy stuff without things breaking first but I was so excited in this case that I bought the first metal slide I could find. Thus, I purchased a Detonator aluminum slide and barrel kit prior to purchasing the actual gun itself. A set of Detonator Trijicon glow in the dark sights was also purchased because....well...you can't have a nice slide without nice sights. It's just not right The slide kit features a "moving" extractor gimmick. It doesn't do anything and just complicates installation even more but it's something new. I guess. The kit itself is not hard to install. In fact, I hardly did anything to the frame to make it fit. I just simply put all the slide guts in, dry lubed it and racked it a million times. It's pretty smooth. I will say this though. The stock Marui recoil spring can't carry the slide. It needs a strong spring replacement. This gun is rocking a custom fitted Guarder Enhanced Hi-Capa 4.3 recoil spring. It was modified to run with the stock Dual Spring System (DRS) that the gun normally has on there. Now she kicks like a dude. The slide has some VERY nice markings. They are deeply etched and by far one of the most appealing markings I have ever seen on a gun. A Nineball 6.03 inner barrel was installed. Along with a UAC metal piston head and a Nineball Hammer spring. OOOOHHH Baracuda! Sooo... Here's an alternative look. This is the silver version of the Detonator slide and Barrel Kit. The Parts Kit: -Detonator Aluminum Slide and Barrel Kit for Marui USP Compact -Detonator Trijicon Night Sights for Marui USP Compact -Nineball 6.03 Tightbore Inner Barrel -Nineball Teflon Coated Hammer spring -Guarder Hi-Capa 4.3 recoil spring (modified) -UAC Piston Head -UAC Fiber Optic Front Sight This gun shoots 290-310 FPS on propane. That's it for now! See you next build folks!

Excellent.
My price for the gun is 150 Mythrils. ...so I can finally draw Sephiroth's Heroic Masamune sword... ....or 9999 gems. Which ever you prefer. That's sword's ATK is too good. And I want it.....

How did you get the Guarder 4.3 Hi-cappa spring to work with the Dual Recoil Spring? The spring is inbetween the diameter of both of the Dual springs.
