Dis ist das WW2 section, ve have NEIN krappy modern gizmos, GTFO!
Don't really care what the finish looks like, as long as it is wood it can be refinished. Just hoping for a good solid reliable game worthy platform.

Actually the kar98k was adopted in 1935.

The WA2000 and the K98k are both German rifles... the WA is made by Walther... which is German

exactly what I am thinking - yet I am willing to give them a chance with their CO2 powered version - I will wait till reviews of the G98k are out. In the mean time, I am planning on building my own Kar98k.
