Don't think your safe in Gagetown... I still have my weekday's free and lots of people have cars!

In other news I'm now a MARS officer =/ With my luck with the CF, I will probably be told to do my training for subs =/

Strange as a good chunk of Int. Officer candidates I've run into were former MARS Officer washouts.

Haha, thats ironic as my first choice happened to be Int.

Apparently I was better suited as a MARS O says my career manager.

Mine has been sitting in my locker at work for awhile now.. I'm still rockin the jump ruck
It's not as great as most think I took it on one 8k ruck on Tuesday and it didn't sit well...add in that I'm moving in tracks most of the time and it becomes more useless.

Jump ruck ftw

Alright guys, I'm just about finished my cadpat gear round up.
Got the CF replica vest what not, loving it feels pretty comfy on me.

But, I was wondering what you guys load in all the pouches?
Like, okay it's got the 4 mag pouches, but what else do you guys throw in this damn thing?

Normally, 1L canteen on the right side, ballistics, cleaning kit and soft hat on the right side (C9 pouch), gloves in the left front and FFD/first aid kit in front right. The grenade pouches hold anything from compasses to slings to BFA's.

Personally, I keep a Nalgene bottle in the canteen pouch, but the rest remains similar for exercises.

In mine I put on two c9 pouches, so that the right side were the Canteen pouch should be is a c9 pouch as well, and in there I keep my Canteen and my FMP, just makes it more convenient. In the smoke pouch attached to it, keep Cam paint, bug juice, and a mag charger.

On my right side I keep a spare pair of socks, cleaning kit, gortex socks, and some other odds and ends I might need.

In my front left pouch I keep a touqe, field hat, gloves and some other odds and ends. Then in the right I keep my field dressing and my wash basin.

Hey Mike, how are the Surefire earplugs? I've been eyeing them for awhile now but never got around to buying them.
