Hehe thanks
What about doing it yourself? It's not that hard... grab something to practice yourself and than when you feel good about it, do it on your gun. By the way Andrew, nice stuff.. we should have our "Gear Wear" thread. I LOVE WEAR.

Where did you learn technique? or just trial and error?

Yup.. I tried first on a nerf gun (second try was okay)... basic technique is to spray from side to side with a good distance using small shots of paint or it will get messy. I'm pretty sure a lot of people can do this including yourself.
Tip : try to keep your net horizontally, if you change the angle of the net you might get bad results.

Thanks. Maybe ill buy some $store guns and practice. Thanks for the inspiration. Do you ever use a airbrush or just spray paint? I'm printing some of my favorites form the thread to practice.

Is it important to use primer on black. I just don't want to lay it on too thick and to cover with primer that is tough. I got some Nerf guns so im gonna try a few things. Im guessing layering is the way to paint these cool details? And stencil wise any advice? or taping?

For the primer, I guess it depends on you... I did not use any primer since I like my paint to wear giving it a realistic look. Giving your gun a first layer of primer will probably help keep the paint on your gun.
I started off with a layer of Tan and waited few minutes. My stencil (clemantine red net) is about 30cm x 30cm, so lets say I want to paint the stock, I'll cover the stock with my stencil and spray some brown paint following a imaginary straight line and than do the same thing with the OD. I wanted to minimize Brown/OD paint mixing giving the final result a much better look. Give it a try, you'll understand that it's not that complicated.
