Those puches do look like a streched g43 pouch. Nice Find!
What kind of pouches are they btw?

They may or may not open the item. Usually the cost of the items will determine whether or not you have to pay duty on it. If you have to pay duty, they will send you an invoice for the amount and you just pay. Sometimes it can take a couple of weeks after you get your item before you actually get a customs invoice for duty. I have purchase quite a bit from the states and overseas and have not been charged any duty at all. Usually the shipper will put on the shipping bill that it is a gift. If they do that you will not have to pay any duty.
