Upper Receiver.
I'm wanting to import this upper from evike (Blegh, I know) http://www.evike.com/products/41606/. What are the chances that it's going to be seized at the border? I've heard that real AR-15 Uppers have gone through, but I'd like some more info.

Upper receiver is fine, it does not contain the serial number nor the trigger group

Would have no issues. The lower would be an issue.
