Broken WE Nozzle (Are WE G17 nozzles the same as G18C?))

Question is in the title, hard to find this information. Ehobby sells a WE G18C nozzle

but then looking at TorontoAirsoft, they sell a G17/G18 nozzle:

I would also like to know if they come with the guide rod and spring, if not where would I get them?

Don't quote me on that but I think I read thy WE's G18 nozzle was made thinner than the G17 one, being one of the reason they tend to break more often

So yeah, since I'm not sure about this, I'm not really helping I guess
