I personnaly use Systema silent head set + Modify electrolized cylinder.

Roko comments is fairly good.

Before switching to modify components. I you suggest you trying to lube piston head o-ring and cylinder head o-rings too. Stretch piston head o-ring with your fingers. And try Compression test by hand. I would recommend you to change your piston o-ring if first method doesnt work. Go to canadian tire or any hardware store, buy 1 o-ring about same size than piston o-ring (in plumbing section). It cost not even a buck and fix your problem.
