"Issue MarPat" would have probably been more accurate.
Either way, keep looking on eBay, it comes up every so often, usually in batches. The $80 stuff is new/unissued; for used you should be able to find the top and bottom for under $100.
Try USMCblues, too; they have used stuff sometimes.
Otherwise get the Proper ones, you can find em for about the same price in Canada (~$45/piece) and they're the same as the issue stuff except they aren't NIR compliant.
