KSC + KWA are the same company. One is in japan (KSC) and the other is in taiwan geared towards the american market (KWA). Quality (Parts wise) they are both very similar as i heard from KSC that KWA gets their parts directly from KSC's factories. However their assembly + frames which KWA does themselves is of taiwaneese craftsmanship, which has lower quality control and materials for their frames. KSC is always the better choice for quality, but KWA tends to come metal. Its the whole TM vs KJW issue again basically.
