Load the bb into the mag
Pull back the cocking lever, or whatever would pass for the cocking lever
disengage safety if that applys
pull trigger to fire.

Now youve stated that all that happens when you pull the cocking level the BB just rolls out the end of the barrel? Thats very interesting. I can theorize a few things but nothing solid.

I would say your best bet is to return the gun and exchange it for another.
