Utility or Xacto knife, carve out a hole (that looks like one for a counter sunk screw, a very shallow funnel of sorts) until you expose the screw head (only need enough exposed to get a #2 Phillips head onto), then hold the psiton in one hand (wit or without a rag or paper towel) and unscrew the head.
At least that works for TM stock piston heads, others require other means............ CA pistons are the worst, they need a retarded small nutdriver of some unGodly size long enough to reach into the piston body. At least the CA SCAR piston is like that. Still, if replacing a shitty CA piston with a better one, replace the shitty piston head with a better type as well.
