I've got two kinds of grease.

One is a lithium grease from CT that comes in a foot long tube, but it's a pale pale yellow, almost like vaseline.

The other is an automotive grease from a spray can that's white.

I know that description is really, really vague, but anyone know if those would work well (I know the lithium one does work (how well, I don't know) as I've used it before).
