The uniform I replicated was the UBCS (Umbrella Biohazardous Countermeasure Service) These were the primary soldiers in RE3 RE Outbreak(1&2) ect. As far as a sidearm is concerned, I recomend USP Compact. They have good power, can attach tactical accessories, and compact for easy carry and storage. You could go with SigPro2000, witch is standard issue for the UBCS, however your unit is elite so I'd sugest a different side arm. As far as a Knife. I recomend the Kabar fighting knife.
