Depends on how you fell, but probably. The stock hinge WILL break if you were to force your weight on it from one side or another, and if you tripped flat onto the gun, you'll probably break the magazine and the mag well. I doubt the gun itself would break in two though. You might crack the foregrip, or the carry handle if you have a scope or something on it and it twists it.
My best advice: Don't trip onto your guns.
