The upper area where I expect to see your hop-up appears smooth. It appears as though your inner barrel has rotated roughly 120 degrees clockwise causing the 'bump' you notice which I'm hypothesizing is your hop-up rubber. Take a look at this picture of one of my G19 inner barrels. Notice the hop-up bump at 12 o'clock.
