In my ICS m4's I run these parts with no problems.
ics brass bushings
ics metal guides
guarder pistons
systema silent head
ics silent head
factory bucking
pdi 120 spring
pdi 140
I also have the systems spring set, and they are not nearly as stiff as the ics set.
