The placement of the PEQ on the Tri-ad was another reason to get rid of the RIS. I prefer the look of straight handgaurds over the RIS. With the combination of the Tri-Ad and the bottom rail, I can accomplish just what I need/want.
I hope that makes some kinda sense, even if its a bit jumbled.

Yes it does. :-D Regardless, still looks quite nice. good job. for me the only thing i would change other than the mags, is the aimpoint mount. There is something i dont like about the cantilever mount. Thats IMO, and its your gun. What ever makes you happy. :tup: |
It came with an L mount, but I didnt like the look of it. I belive its on one of the pictures. With the L mount it didn't allow any room for my flip up sight.

I dislike the look of the ACOG and frankly the EOtech is just too damn exspenive in my eyes, atleast for airsofting. I may eventually get a TH Elane again, but thats unlikely, atleast for the time being. Minus those internal upgrades, I do not think I will be doing much to this. I did forget to mention that i will be adding a tightbore barrel aswell.
