Remove the upper leg strap from the 6004 shroud, adjust hanger strap until bottom leg strap (the only one left) is precariously close to your crotch.
The end result is a holstered pistol that sits not on your thigh, but not on your hip either. It sorta... hangs there... A lot of 6004 users have remarked that the high-ride DIY mod makes for a more comfortable holster. I personally like it too.
