My first gun was a Dan Wesson revolver. I did a home brew mod to make it fire under cqb limits. Mind you my first ever feild was ttac13, so engagement distances were like 20 feet, lol. Then my first ever primary was a gas KJW m4. I feel like going through the hardship of having to place good shots while everyone else around me with their sewing machines blasted off 16238897 rounds at a single target made me a better player in the long run.
That being said.... I still wouldnt recommend a revolver as your first weapon. Once I started visiting other fields the revolver became useless, other then a prop. Get yourself a good semi auto pistol. Better yet, get age verified, and have illusion build you a nice TM glock ;p. Or buy a package on the classifieds.
