If you're referring to nylon soft holsters... Recently, no. They either stuff their secondary into the cummerbund of their plate carrier, or have it in a custom Kydex holster. More commonly you'll see Blackhawk Serpa holsters and Safariland holsters used amungst Vanilla and DEVGRU SEAL Teams.
Furthermore, drop-legs are typically a no-go for secondaries post 2010-ish. They tend to use belt mounted holsters, or a very high-profile drop leg (Safariland with the top strap cut off sitting VERY high on your thigh)
