Hi guys looking into getting a tactical radio and comm set up to be able to enjoy more milsim games.

I started googling on radio for airsoft and boy what a ride for legality and choices.......

My newbie question is:
1. What is good legit radio you guys recommend for 2023/2024? (Looking at baofeng uv-5r)

2. what is the legality of actually using radio for airsoft. (Like the internet told me you can only listen wihout a license and a big no no to transmit otherwise blackhawks will show up and catch you.) What is the actual situation now in 2023? Are there airsofters actually got in trouble using radio in reality?

3. WHo is making good PTT adaptor that can connect ops-core AMP to maybe a Chinese brand radio?
